Renaker Build Limited’s latest scheme, Water Street, located within the Castlefield district of Manchester is now complete and has achieved a Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 rating. The development comprises three hundred and one apartments and six townhouses within a twenty-eight-storey building.
We have been working with Renaker Build Limited on this project for several years, since concept design and provided continued support throughout the development and progression of the project. We have successfully provided a package of services including:
- Environmental Standard Statements – review of the sustainability and energy performance of the development to support the planning application;
- SAP calculations to inform the building specification, prove Building Regulations Part L compliance and we also provided the Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) upon completion; and,
- Code for Sustainable Homes assessment and certification.
