Sawyers Arms on the Road to Code for Sustainable Homes Certification

Our In-house Code for Sustainable Homes (Code) Assessor carried out a site inspection visit for the new residential development on the former Sawyers Arms site in Feltham. The design and construction team have worked hard to design a brilliant scheme, comprising houses and apartments. The development is constructed out of an innovative ICF build system and has achieved excellent air pressure test results.

We now look forward to working with Syntec Projects Limited to complete the  Post-Construction Code Assessment along with the As Built Energy Calculations and certify the building as Code Level 4 as required by the London Borough of Hounslow.
