Bakers Road, Uxbridge – Completion of the Code for Sustainable Homes Site Inspection Visit

We have been instructed by Inquilab Housing Association to complete the Code for Sustainable Homes Assessment for a residential development at Bakers Road in Uxbridge town centre. As the development is now near completion our in-house Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor conducted a site inspection visit, which confirms that the development has been constructed to a high standard. The design and construction team have produced a quality living environment for the future occupants

We will now work with the design and construction team to collate the remaining information to achieve the final Code certification and complete the As Built Energy Calculation the confirm Building Regulations Part L compliance.
