Changes to BREEAM Fees

As part of their annual review, the BRE have today announced that they will be increasing their registration, QA and certification fees by approximately 10% as of 01st April 2024. This will affect BREEAM In-Use, New Construction, Refurbishment and Fit-Out, Communities, and HQM assessments, with any assessments registered after the 01st April deadline being subject to these new fees. For more information as to how this may affect your BREEAM assessments please contact a member of the team who will be happy to discuss this further.
