A New Approach to the BREs Quality Assurance

Following the BREs changes to registration and certification fees, the BRE have also introduced a new approach to BREEAM Quality Assurance in order to add value to assessor and client networks.

From 1 July 2021, resubmissions with high numbers of QA non-conformances (NCs) will be subject to additional outcomes. Please see the diagram below for more information on this:
