The forthcoming draft consultation version of SAP 2016 10.00 (July 2016) has been released.
This manual describes the Government’s Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) for assessing the energy performance of dwellings. Subject to the consultation response this will form the basis of the residential compliance checking procedure for the next building regulation part L1A update.
SAP 2012 will continue to be used for all official purposes until further notice. A link to the draft SAP 2016 methodology on the BRE’s website is provided below:
