New Instruction – Environmental Standards Statement

Element Sustainability have been instructed by Eccleston Homes a newly established homebuilder to provide an Environmental Standards Statement for their latest scheme at Kingsleigh Road, Burnage. The Statement will consider both the holistic sustainability of the scheme and detail the energy performance of the dwellings. The proposed development will comprise of thirteen new build detached dwellings.

A review of the local planning policies will lead the sustainability performance appraisal of the proposals also in line with the nine Code categories. The merits of a ‘fabric led’ solution will be assessed along with energy demand and emissions reduction calculations for the site to demonstrate that the development proposals accord with the Manchester City Councils’ policy requirements.
