BREEAM ‘Very Good’ Aldi retail now certified

Element Sustainability are pleased to announce another successful BREEAM certification of a food retail building. The Aldi store, which has just opened at Horrocks Quarter, Preston has been BREEAM certified and achieved a rating of ‘Very Good’. This target rating, implemented by Preston Councils planning policies, broadly represents a performance equivalent to the top 25% of UK new commercial buildings.
