Bolton office development certified BREEAM ‘Very Good’

Element Sustainability are pleased to announce another successful BREEAM certification of a four storey office building. The new office development, which has just opened at the junction of Great Moor Street and Newport Street in Bolton town centre has been BREEAM certified achieving a rating of ‘Very Good’. This target rating, implemented by Bolton Councils planning policies, broadly represents a performance equivalent to the top 25% of new UK  commercial buildings.
