New Instruction – Sustainability Statement

Element Sustainability have been instructed by Rapleys a leading commercial property and planning consultancy to provide a Sustainability Statement for their latest scheme at Auckland Hill, West Norwood, London. The Statement will consider both the holistic sustainability of the scheme and detail the energy performance of the dwellings. The proposed development will comprise of five new build apartments within a single block.

A review of the Royal Borough of Lambeth’s and the London Plan’s planning policies will lead the sustainability performance appraisal of the scheme. The merits of a ‘fabric led’ solution will be assessed along with energy demand and emissions reduction calculations for the site to demonstrate that the development proposals accord with the current policy requirements.
