Element Sustainability has been appointed by Archetype Associates, to provide BREEAM consultancy and certification services for their latest scheme at Battersea Park Road, London. The development will convert an existing commercial ground floor space into three apartments.
The target BREEAM Domestic Refurbishment (DR) rating implemented by the London Borough of Wandsworth’s planning policies is BREEAM ‘Very Good’. This rating broadly represents a performance equivalent to the top 25% of domestic refurbishments in the UK.
We will also work closely with the design team to assess the proposed development through to completion, providing support and advice on how best to achieve the requisite BREEAM DR rating.
