Element Sustainability are pleased to once again be working along-side Stewart Milne Homes North West on their new 146 house development in Moorefields, Willaston. The residential scheme is located between the market town of Nantwich and the village of Wistaston. Our in-house energy assessors will provide building compliance services for this site to ensure each dwelling within the scheme demonstrates compliance with Building Regulations Part L1A (2013). This will include:
- Design Stage SAP calculations; and,
- Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs upon competition)
We look forward to seeing the project progress from concept design through to completion and issuing Energy Performance Certificates.
