Congratulations to our newly qualified OCDEA

We are delighted to announce that our newest member of the team, Katie Hodgkiss, has officially become an accredited on-construction domestic energy assessor (OCDEA). As an OCDEA Katie will now work within our in-house Energy Team to advise and complete new build domestic energy assessments.

Katie has completed an extensive course and completed a detailed portfolio demonstrating that she has the skills and knowledge to complete accurate energy calculations using Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) software.  SAP is the is the Government’s methodology for calculating the energy performance of dwellings within the UK in compliance with the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations (EPBR). All new homes are required to have an EPC and SAP assessment produced upon sale or let.

Well done Katie!
