New Instruction – Energy Statement

Element Sustainability has been appointed to provide an Energy Statement to support the planning application for the proposed residential scheme at the former Hipp Hotel, Harpurhey. The Statement will clearly assist in demonstrating how the planning policy context will affect the development of the site in regard to energy efficiency and renewable energy, as appropriate
