New Instruction – Energy Statement

Element Sustainability has been appointed to provide an Energy Statement to support the planning application for the proposed residential scheme at Cross Keys, Stockport. Bowsall Limited, an affordable housing construction and development company, is proposing to build a total of fourteen terraced and semi-detached dwellings.

The merits of a ‘fabric led’ solution will be assessed along with energy demand calculations for the site to demonstrate that the development proposals accord with the Stockport Metropolitan Borough Councils policies. The Energy Statement will demonstrate a site wide 13% dwelling emission rate reduction beyond Part L Building Regulations through a ‘fabric led’ design solution.
