New Instruction – Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and Part L Compliance

The proposed development at Hardy Farm, Chorlton is to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 for the twenty eight mews style, high specification dwellings. Construction Partnership UK have instructed Part L Compliance calculations and our Code for Sustainable Homes consultancy services.

We have been working closely with the design team to provide a compliant and cost effective approach to obtain the Code 4 rating and meet the stringent Part L 2013 criteria.

Element Sustainability has been involved in a large portfolio of sites within the Manchester area where Code level 4 is required due to the Council’s planning policies.
