Element Sustainability has been appointed by Construction Partnership UK to provide Part L compliance calculations and Code for Sustainable Homes (Code) consultancy services for one of their latest schemes Edgar Street, Nelson. The Edgar Street development will comprise of twenty three terraced, semi-detached and detached dwellings located on a previously developed brown field site.
Early consultation with the design team will ensure that the development will achieve Code Level 3 certification in the most commercially viable manner. Our consultancy services for this project also extend to SAP calculations, Daylight Factor Calculations, Part G water calculations and air permeability testing.
