Existing building EPC

Element Sustainability were approached to carry out an energy assessment on local medical centre in Kelsall, Cheshire as the practice required an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for the existing medical centre building. Our in house Energy Assessor carried out a site energy audit and collated the required data to produce the EPC for the building.

An EPC rates how energy efficient a building is using grades from A to G (with ‘A’ the most efficient grade). The buildings energy efficiency performance is above what is expected of similar buildings in the existing housing stock.
