Energy Compliance for Exchange Court, Salford

We have been working with Renaker Build Limited on their latest scheme in Salford which is situated within the Greengates Regeneration Area. The development, known as Exchange Court, includes the redevelopment of a brown field site to provide three hundred and forty-nine apartments accommodated within a single, thirty-eight story blocks with associated communal areas.

We have been involved in the project since concept design and produced a Sustainability and Energy Statement to support the planning application. We have worked with the technical design team to determine the most cost effective and viable energy strategy to achieve building regulations and the local planning policy requirements. Our In house energy assessors will provide the following:

  • SAP energy calculations and EPCs for all three hundred and forty-nine apartments; and,
  • SBEM calculations and EPC for the non-domestic areas of the development.

It is always a pleasure to work with the Renaker team and, we look forward to following the development through to completion, certifying other current schemes we are involved with and assisting in any forthcoming developments.
