Commerical Energy Compliance for Caddick Construction

We have been working with Caddick Construction on two of their most recent developments. Five new industrial units at Tunstall Arrow in Stoke on Trent and four new industrial units at the site known as Mere Grange, St Helens.

‘We aim to provide a complete package of services to give our client confidence in achieving overall compliance for their developments’ Colin Sowerbutts (Energy Assessor).

Element Sustainability carried out desk-based assessments of the proposed ‘building fabric’ and M&E systems to determine the initial design SBEM calculations, check compliance with Building Regulations Part L2A and ensure the require BREEAM credits are achieved. Additionally, commercial air permeability testing will been carried out by our air testing engineer and the As Built Stage Part L BRUKL Reports and EPCs will be prepared for practical completion.
