Energy Compliance for Caddick Construction

Element Sustainability have recently completed the design stage calculations for phase 2 of The Quadrant, Birchwood Park at Warrington for Caddick Construction. The development consists of five new build offices and warehouses as seen in our energy model.

Our Non-Domestic Energy Assessor used Design Builder software allowing us to create a visual, representative energy model to achieve Part L compliance and produce a Design Stage BRUKL report.

As always, it has been a pleasure to work with Caddick Construction on their latest scheme and we are looking forward to certifying the buildings once they are finalised.
