New Instruction – Building Regulations Part L and Part G compliance

Element Sustainability has been appointed by Russell Homes, an award winning independent house builder, to provide Part L energy demand and Part G water efficiency compliance calculations for their latest residential scheme at Salfersford Gardens, Holmes Chapel. Ninety three dwellings will be constructed at the site comprising of apartments, terrace, semi-detached and detached dwellings.

Early consultation with the Russell Homes design team will ensure that the development will achieve compliance in the most commercially preferable manner.
