New Instruction – BREEAM 2014 New Construction Assessment

Element Sustainability has been appointed by Robertson Construction Limited, to provide BREEAM assessment and certification services for their latest office scheme at, Great Moor Street, Bolton. This BREEAM New Construction 2014 assessment will assess a five storey office building which will be constructed next to the new Bolton Interchange.

The BREEAM target rating is understood to be ‘Very Good’, which represents a performance equivalent to the top 25% of UK commercial buildings.

Having agreed the assessment approach we will work closely with the design team to assess the proposed development through to completion, providing support and advice on how best to achieve the requisite BREEAM rating.
