Element Sustainability has been appointed by Inteb Managed Services, to provide BREEAM consultancy for the Pacific Road Business Centre in Bromborough. This BREEAM NC 2014 Post-Construction assessment will review the refurbishment of the existing building, formerly a transit warehouse dating to the early 19th century, into a Business Enterprise Centre and community hub.
The BREEAM target rating is understood to be ‘Excellent’; this rating broadly represents a performance equivalent to the top 10% of UK commercial buildings.
Element Sustainability will work closely with the scheme’s design team to assess the development, providing support and advice on how best to achieve the requisite BREEAM rating.
