BREEAM ‘Domestic Refurbishment’ Launched

Launched on 11th June 2012, the BREEAM Domestic Refurbishment assessment manual is now publicly available.

Launch of the scheme follows on from an extensive pilot, consultation and independent peer review by the BRE.  This new scheme will replace EcoHomes as the current assessment methodology for domestic refurbishment projects.
