Latest Instruction – Renewable Energy Appraisal & Compliance Calculations

Element Sustainability are pleased to have been appointed as Sustainability Consultant by Arley Homes for a number of new residential developments in the North West.  The developments must meet various local planning targets for the integration of on-site renewable energy generation as well as complying with the current Part L, Building Regulation criteria.

Element Sustainability are appraising a number of renewable energy and low carbon technologies including PV, solar thermal and air source heat pumps to meet the Policy requirements in the most cost efficient and feasible manner.  Once the dwellings’ specifications have been determined SAP calculations will be generated to demonstrate regulatory compliance.
