Element Sustainability has been appointed by Mellwood Construction Limited, an independent house builder, to provide Part L energy demand and Part G water efficiency compliance calculations for their latest residential scheme at Windsor Road, Southport. Nineteen dwellings will be constructed at the site comprising of apartments and semi-detached dwellings.
Early consultation with the Mellwood Construction design team will ensure that the development will achieve compliance in the most commercially preferable manner.
