Water Street nearing completion

Renaker’s latest scheme, Water Street, located within the Castlefield district of Manchester is nearing completion. The development comprises of three hundred and one apartments and six townhouses within a twenty-eight storey building.

We have been working with the design team for several years, since concept design and provided continued support throughout the development and progression of the project. We will now work with the site and design teams to complete the Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments (Code) and also provide Part L Building Regulation compliance documentation and EPCs for the entire scheme.

Our licenced Code Assessor will be visiting site shortly to carry out the final Code Site Inspection.

‘We enjoy visiting site and seeing the final product of everyone’s hard work, especially developments of this scale’ Stacey Downes – Senior Sustainability Consultant
