VITA Student’s Circle Square Building 9 Achieves BREEAM Certification

Element Sustainability are pleased to announce that VITA Student’s Building 9 development on Plot 9 of Manchester’s Circle Square Masterplan has now achieved final BREEAM certification, scoring a ‘Very Good’ rating!

This development is one of three VITA Student sites on Bruntwood’s Circle Square masterplan on Manchester’s Oxford Road corridor. This building provides 384 rooms of high-quality accommodation for students attending Manchester’s world-class universities.

Element Sustainability are proud to have been a part of such an exciting development in such a key area of Manchester and the North West. Building 9 has been designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios with Crookes Walker Consulting are providing M&E design and the Principal Contractor for this project is Bowmer & Kirkland.
