Circle Square achieves ‘Excellent’ for Design Stage

Element Sustainability are pleased to announce that Plots 2,3 & 4 of the Manchester Circle Square masterplan have achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ for the Design Stage. Element are excited to be working on a development that will transform the Manchester skyline and completely rejuvenate the site of BBC Manchester.

We look forward to continuing our work with the team through to the project’s completion. Plot’s 2,3 & 4 have been developed by Bruntwood as part of their Circle Square Masterplan with designs by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios (Architect) & Crookes Walker Consulting (M&E).
