Element Sustainability has been appointed by Team Northern Construction to provide Part L compliance and air permeability testing services for one of their latest schemes Thornton Road, Carlisle. The development will comprise of eleven apartments arranged over three floors.
Early consultation with the design team will ensure that the development will achieve Part L compliance in the most commercially preferable manner. We will be involved throughout the development process to provide continuous support until project completion.
