New Instruction – Code for Sustainable Homes & Part L Compliance

Element Sustainability has been appointed by Mellwood Construction Limited to provide Part L compliance and Code for Sustainable Homes (Code) consultancy services for one of Lane End Developments latest schemes in Beddington, Wirral. The Brown Cow development will comprise of twenty six apartments arranged over three floors located on a previously developed site.

Early consultation with the design team will ensure that the development will achieve Code level 3 certification in the most commercially preferable manner. Our consultancy services for this project also extend to completing Daylight Factor Calculations and Air Permeability Testing for the scheme.
