Happy Birthday Element Sustainability!

Happy birthday Element Sustainability!

We like to do things a bit differently here at Element so, in a break with tradition…we are delighted to celebrate eleven years of trading!

The past few years have certainly given us all a lot to reflect on but, looking to the future from our perspective as sustainability consultants, we feel there may finally some ‘reasons to be cheerful’… one, two, three…

1 – You may have noticed, we certainly have… general environmental awareness and consensus on the need to act has become mainstream, supporting a unified approach to positive environmental change. A sea change we hope.

2 – Investors looking to the long term are focussed upon securing enhanced sustainability performance within their buildings, backed in the UK by a trajectory towards a low / net zero-carbon built environment along with the recognition we must act to safeguard and enhance the natural environment.

3 – COP27 seeks to embed actions towards global climate goals with a view to building on previous successes and paving the way for future ambition to effectively tackle the challenge of climate change. Whilst we agree things aren’t perfect, the political landscape has certainly come a long way since we established Element Sustainability back in 2011!

We’d like to take a moment to thank our clients for their continued support and engaging our services on their varied, interesting projects and also our brilliant team of consultants who routinely put in a solid shift, day in, day out to ensure we deliver.  Cheers!
