Our in house BREEAM Assessor conducted a BREEAM site inspection visit for the new office development at the junction of Great Moor Street and Newport Street in Bolton town centre. The design and construction team have produced a brilliant building which is a focal point in a prominent town centre location. We will now work with Robertson Construction North West to complete the Post-Construction BREEAM Assessment and certify the building to BREEAM ‘Very Good’.
