We are pleased to announce that Element Sustainability have been instructed to provide energy consultancy services and building regulations compliance calculations to support all current and future Jones Homes residential developments in the North-West and Yorkshire regions. Jones Homes is one of the UK’s leading house builders constructing approximately 600 homes a year in the UK.
Our services will include:
- Energy modelling for all house types,
- Provision of Part L compliance documentation;
- Provision and lodgement of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), and,
- Part G water efficiency calculations.
A review of the Jones Homes Part L1A specifications will determine the most commercially preferable solution to compliance.
We will use our extensive domestic energy assessment experience to work with the Jones Homes design teams to create dwellings which not only comply with Building Regulations but that are inherently efficient and cost effective during operation. Ensuring all client priorities are incorporated within the proposed approach for Part L compliance.
