Congratulations to our newly certified BREEAM Accredited Professional!

We are delighted to announce that our in-house BREEAM assessor Stacey Downes can add BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) to her list of qualifications! As a BREEAM AP, Stacey is recognised throughout the industry as a sustainability champion who can:

  • Encourage an integrated design and construction process; and,
  • Use BREEAM as a framework to establish, agree and achieve the desired level of sustainability performance for a development.

In addition to confirming Stacey’s extensive knowledge as a BREEAM Assessor, the Accredited Professional certification unlocks a number of previously unattainable BREEAM credits across the relevant BREEAM schemes. Stacey will be providing expert advice on how projects should achieve their sustainability goals and performance to our existing clients that require BREEAM services and to any prospective clients here at Element Sustainability.
