We have been involved with the project from planning through to practical completion.
Element Sustainability have provided the following package of compliance services for the latest residential scheme completed for Syntec Projects at Uxbridge Road in Hanwell, London:
- Energy statement and strategy demonstrating the approach to achieving the 35% emission rate reduction (over Part L, 2013) as required by The London Plan and liaison with the local planning authorities for planning discharge;
- Code for Sustainable Homes Assessment and certification to a Code level 4 standard;
- SAP calculations and EPCs;
- Daylight Factor Calculations; and,
- Part G water efficiency calculations.
