Commercial Energy Compliance

We have been working with Caddick Construction Limited on two of their most recently completed developments. A new car showroom at Calver Park Road in Warrington for the Car People and four new industrial units at the site known as Sugarbrook Drive in Liverpool.

‘We enjoy working on a diverse range of projects and aim to provide a complete package of services to give our client confidence in achieving overall compliance for the development’ Laurie Wills (Director).

Element Sustainability carried out desk-based assessments of the proposed ‘building fabric’ and M&E systems to determine the initial design SBEM Calculations. Additionally, commercial air permeability testing has been carried out by our air testing engineer and the As Built Stage Part L BRUKL Reports and EPCs have been prepared.
