BREEAM Updates

In line with the BRE’s ‘Summary of Changes to Scheme Fees’ document, dated May 2021, Element Sustainability would like to draw our clients’ attention to upcoming changes to both the registration and certification fees for New Construction and Non-Domestic Refurbishment and Fit-Out schemes.

As of 1st July 2021, New Construction registration fees will be increasing by 5.7% to £280, and Non-Domestic Refurbishments will be increasing by 5.7% to £280.

In addition, the certification fees will also be increasing by 6% for New Construction and between 5.8% and 6.2% for Non-Domestic Refurbishments.
