The BRE have confirmed changes to a number of BREEAM Assessment scheme fees.
The new fees will apply to new project registrations, subsequent certification applications and other scheme related fees from 1st July 2022 onwards.
Assessors and clients wishing to take advantage of the current registration and certification fees for future projects must register these prior to 1st July 2022.
The main changes and key points are summarised below:
- Registration and certification fees are increasing by approximately 8%
- QA Audit failure fees have increased by approximately 8%.
