Element Sustainability are pleased to announce that with support from our in-house BREEAM assessor, Fore Partnership’s Windmill Green office in Manchester has achieved a Design Stage BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating.
Less than 1% of non-residential new buildings achieve this esteemed rating. Accomplishing this rating reflects the integrated efforts by the design team to put innovation and sustainability at the forefront of the design from the outset. We look forward to continuing to work with this project and complete the certification process for this flagship development.
