Our in-house BREEAM Assessor conducted a BREEAM site inspection visit and assessment progress meeting for the new Premier Inn hotel development in Southgate, London. The design and construction team have worked hard to produce a brilliant building which is in a prominent north London location. We now look forward to working with HR Projects Limited and the team to complete the Post-Construction BREEAM Assessment and certify the building as BREEAM ‘Very Good’.

Today marks the start of the 28th Conference of the Parties (COP28) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. The nearly two-week-long summit,
