Part L Compliance for Caddick Construction

Building upon our excellent relationship with Caddick Construction, we have recently completed a successful SBEM and EPC lodgement for their latest development at Weston Road in Crewe. Our As-Built SBEM calculation demonstrates compliance with Part L2A Building Regulations. Our air test engineer carried out the commercial air permeability assessment allowing EPCs to be prepared for practical completion.

Element Sustainability have enjoyed assisting Caddick with this development and we look forward to certifying their forthcoming buildings.
