New Instructions – Consultancy Services for 853 Taylor Wimpey Homes

Element Sustainability are delighted to have been appointed by Taylor Wimpey to provide building regulations compliance calculations and consultancy services for a number of their latest schemes:

Hay Common, Launceston;

Dilworth Lane, Longridge;

Mossley Road, Stamford; and

Rothwell Farm, Wigan.

In total the new developments comprise of eight hundred and fifty three dwellings. The dwellings must comply with Building Regulations Part L, calculations to demonstrate compliance will be completed along with the provision of Part L submission documents and EPC lodgement.

House type water calculations will also be completed to demonstrate compliance with Part G of the Building Regulations of an internal water use limit of 125litres/per person/day.

Air permeability testing services are to be provided to Part L1a of the building regulations; a representative testing regime will be provided.

We will be involved throughout the development process to provide continuous support until project completion.
