Latest Instruction – Environmental Standards & Energy Statement

Element Sustainability has been appointed as Sustainability Consultants to support the Planning Application for a proposed new build development in Shavington, Cheshire.

The development comprises 17 dwellings including apartments, mews and semi-detached house types whichill be required to comply with Building Regulations, Part L (2010). The scheme will target Code for Sustainable Homes (Code) Level 4 as well as 10% on site renewable energy provision.

Working with the design team we will provide an Environmental Standards and Energy Statement to determine the approach to meeting the planning policy requirements and promote the sustainable attributes of the scheme.
