Energy Consultancy Services for 265 Stewart Milne Homes

Element Sustainability are working with Stewart Milne Homes on their 265 house development in Hooton, Ellesmere Port. We are pleased to have been involved in the project since concept design and supported the planning application stage with the provision of an Energy Statement which determined the energy strategy and assisted with securing the planning consent for the scheme. Our in-house energy assessors provided a range of building compliance services for the residential scheme, these include;

  • Energy Statement- This scheme will comply with the 10% dwelling emission rate reduction beyond Part L Building Regulations which was achieved with the application of PV
  • Design stage SAP calculations
  • Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) will be issued upon completion

The project is successfully through the planning stage and SAP calculations are now complete demonstrating compliance with Building Regulations, Part L1A for all plots.  EPCs will be issued once the dwellings have been completed.

It has been a pleasure working closely with the Stewart Milne technical team on another development and we Look forward to certifying the current scheme upon completion.
