Our excellent relationship with REDS Building Service Consultants continues as we work together on their latest scheme at Hick Lane, Batley. Our compliance services, in-line with ADL2A Building Regulations, for this development include:
- A ground floor SBEM calculation for the staff office;
- SAP calculations for seventeen residential apartments with air testing throughout; and,
- Part G water efficiency compliance calculations.
It has been a pleasure to work with the team at REDS and we look forward to following this development through to completion and assisting in the other schemes we are involved with.
