Latest instruction – Renewable energy assessment

Element Sustainability are assisting Taylor Wimpey (North West) to determine the renewable energy provision on their latest prospective site.

Combining in-house experience of renewable energy technologies and SAP energy modelling, Element Sustainability will generate a representative cost model to inform the house builder’s approach to and associated cost of meeting the planning policy emissions reduction targets for the site.
