Congratulations to our newly certified BREEAM Assessor!

Element Sustainability are starting 2021 on a high and extend a massive congratulations to our newly qualified BREEAM Assessor, Shaun O’Neill. After a lot of hard work, Shaun is fully qualified to assess developments for certification under BREEAM New Construction 2018 classification.

New Construction 2018 is the latest assessment methodology and is a more onerous certification method than its 2014 predecessor. Shaun will be there every step of the way to help guide your BREEAM assessment from concept design all the way through to project completion.
