Compliance for another project with CPUK

We have successfully delivered a full package of compliance services for the latest CPUK residential scheme completed at Wheatfield Street, Lancaster. The proposals included the construction of sixty two dwellings including semi detached houses, terraced houses and three apartment blocks.

We have supported been involved with the project from planning through to practical completion, providing a complete package of building regulation compliance services, including:

  • Sustainability statement – to support the development through the planning application stage;
  • SAP energy calculations and EPCs;
  • Part G water efficiency calculations;
  • Air permeability testing; and,
  • Sound testing.

It has been a pleasure to work with CPUK team on this project, we look forward to certifying the current schemes we are involved with and assisting in any forthcoming developments.
